Cancellations must take place more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. If Deb is traveling, cancellations must take place 7 days or more in advance.

If you cancel your appointment prior to 24 hours, you will be refunded everything except the nonrefunable deposit. You may use this deposit in the future to reschedule.

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you forfeit the deposit.

If you cancel in less than 12 hours, you forfeit the entire cost of the session.
