Riding instructors in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are required to obtain licensing through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR):

Deb offers apprenticeship opportunities in Massachusetts to:

• Students riding with Deb for a minimum of 2 years.

• Students who have been a Working Student with Deb for a minimum of 9 months.

• Students over the age of 18 years old.
