Complimentary Support for Local Veterans and Their Spouses

I offer two professional, complementary approaches designed to support relaxation, reduce everyday stress and help individuals address persistent beliefs, emotional responses and behavioral patterns. These are available:

Access Bars in person appointments (Located in the Lowell, MA area)
In-person or by Zoom for RTT sessions.

I work with local Veteran organizations.

Access Bars®

Access Bars is a gentle, nonclinical relaxation technique involving light touch on 32 specific points on the head. The recipient remains fully clothed and simply rests during the session.

Many people use Access Bars as an opportunity to quiet mental activity, release tension and experience a greater sense of calm. No talking or discussion of personal experiences is required. Learn more from Access Consciousness.

Rapid Transformational Therapy® — RTT®

RTT is a structured hypnotherapy method that incorporates principles from hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, NLP and neuroscience.

During a private, individualized session, the client is guided into a deeply relaxed but fully aware state. Together, we explore the underlying beliefs and past experiences that may be contributing to a current difficulty. The purpose is to understand where an unhelpful response began and help the client reframe the beliefs connected to it.

Each client also receives a personalized recording designed to reinforce the healthier beliefs and responses established during the session. Learn more about RTT from Marisa Peer.
