The Confident Rider

Move from Riding with Nervousness, Fear & Anxiety to Confidence, Balance & Joy

You love horses with everything you have.

And riding terrifies you.

Maybe it always has.

Maybe it started after a fall.

Maybe you cannot even name when or why it began.

You only know the fear is there.

Waiting at the barn door.

Sitting with you in the saddle.

Hearing your own internal voice chastising you for still being afraid.

DO ANY OF THESE SOUND LIKE YOU?

I pretend I’m not scared. But I am.

I want to trust my horse. But I can’t.

My body takes over, and I cannot control my own reactions.

I freeze at shows. Or get physically ill.

Since the accident, I just can’t move past it.

I have given up on the rider I always dreamed of becoming.

If I didn’t love horses so much, I would never ride again.

If even one of those moved something in your chest—

You are in the right place.

That whisper is not the truth of who you are as a rider.

It is a pattern.

A belief your nervous system formed to protect you.

A story lodged so deep that you stopped questioning whether it was actually true.

It is not permanent.

It is not who you are.

It does not have to be there anymore.

I KNOW BECAUSE I LIVED IT.

I did not come to this work from the outside.

I grew up riding ex-racehorses in group lessons—overmounted and undereducated.

I fell off.

A lot.

And I grew into exactly the kind of anxious, fearful rider I now help move beyond fear.

I never gave up because I loved horses the way you love yours.

Completely.

Through years of trial and error, I found my way through it.

But it was hard.

And it took far longer than it should have.

What I eventually discovered was that the fear was not always about the horse.

It was not always about the fall.

Sometimes, it was not even really about riding.

The fear had a root—one that could reach far deeper than what was happening in the saddle.

And when you change the root, you can change what happens when you ride.

That is what I now do for you.

HOW IT WORKS

Rapid Transformation for Equestrians—hypnosis and energetic realignment which takes you directly to the subconscious root of your fear.

Not to manage it.

Not to help you cope more gracefully.

To create change at the level where the fear actually lives—and release it.

In a single Rapid Transformation for Equestrians session, we identify a root cause of what you specifically want to release, understand where it came from, and replace the old belief with the outcome you truly desire—the one your own mind may have been fighting against.

The process also includes a physical clearing to help release the fear response held in the body—so your mind and body are supported together as they return to a calmer, healthier state.

You also receive a personalized recording designed to reinforce that change and help your mind become familiar with a new response.

As the internal signal changes, the way you respond to your horse can change—and your horse may feel that difference before you touch a single rein.

I had been struggling with fear and anxiety with my horse, Figment for almost the entire 18 years we have been together. I love riding but I was never able to relax and enjoy it and be one with my horse....until I found Deb.

Through her teaching methods and her emotional and physical exercises Figment and I have become a team. I love to ride now and my once spooky, unconfident horse is now quiet, confident and trustworthy. She is truly the horse I dreamed of.
Thanks to Deb I am confident and have the tools I need to keep myself calm and focused and hence keep Figment the same way.
