CONFIDENT RIDER

You love horses with everything you have.
And riding terrifies you.

Maybe it always has.
Maybe it started after a fall.
Maybe you cannot even name when or why it began.

You only know the fear is there.
Waiting at the barn door.
Sitting with you in the saddle.
Whispering things you would never say out loud.

DO ANY OF THESE SOUND LIKE YOURS?

I pretend I’m not scared. But I am.
I want to trust my horse. But I can’t.
My body takes over and I cannot control my own reactions.
I freeze at shows. Or get physically ill.
Since the accident, I just can’t move past it.
I have given up on the rider I always dreamed of becoming.
If I didn’t love horses so much, I would never ride again.

If even one of those moved something in your chest —
You are in the right place.

That whisper is not the truth of who you are as a rider.
It is a pattern.
A belief your nervous system formed to protect you.
A story lodged so deep you stopped questioning whether it was actually true.

It is not permanent.
It is not who you are.
It does not have to be there anymore.

I KNOW BECAUSE I LIVED IT.

I did not come to this work from the outside.

I grew up riding ex-racehorses in group lessons — overmounted and undereducated. I fell off. A lot. And I grew into exactly the kind of anxious, fearful rider I now help others become free from.

I never gave up. Because I loved horses the way you love yours. Completely. Without logic or reason or any concern for self-preservation.

Through years of trial and error I found my way through it.
But it was hard. And it took far longer than it should have.

Then Koko arrived.

A four-year-old wild mustang who had no interest in the contracted, anxious, managing version of me. She required something different. She required me to drop below the fear entirely. To arrive in pure presence. To become the rider she could actually trust.

She did not just change my riding.
She changed everything.

She showed me the fear was never really about the horse.

Never about the fall.

Never even really about riding.

It was a root. Deep in the nervous system. Formed long before I ever climbed into a saddle.

And roots can be changed.
Permanently.

That is what I now do for you.

HOW IT WORKS

RTT — Rapid Transformational Therapy — goes directly to the subconscious root of your fear.

Not to manage it.
Not to help you cope more gracefully.
To change it permanently at the level where it actually lives.

In a single RTT session we find a root cause of what you specifically want to release. Understand exactly where it came from and replace it with the real outcome you desire. The one your own mind had fought against.

That shift does not wear off.
It does not require maintenance.

It changes the signal you send — and your horse feels it before you have touched a single rein.

YOUR OPTIONS

Single RTT Session

One powerful session targeting a root cause of what you specifically want to release (change).
Conducted virtually via Zoom.
Followed by a personalised recording to reinforce your transformation.

The Confident Rider 12-Week Mastermind

RTT at the root combined with twelve weeks of deep coaching, integration and support.
One to one. Private. Completely personalised to you and your horse.
Conducted virtually via Zoom.

Both begin the same way.

The 12-Week Mastermind changes everything in all areas in your life, not just your riding.

The best part is that you personally drive the changes with my support and coaching.

You reach out. You tell me about yourself, your horse and what you are carrying.
I respond personally and send you everything you need to begin.

I had been struggling with fear and anxiety with my horse, Figment for almost the entire 18 years we have been together. I tried several trainers and was never able to get past the emotions. I love riding but I was never able to relax and enjoy it and be one with my horse....until I found Deb.

Through her teaching methods and her emotional and physical exercises Figment and I have become a team. I love to ride now and my once spooky, unconfident horse is now quiet, confident and trustworthy. She is truly the horse I dreamed of. Thanks to Deb I am confident and have the tools I need to keep myself calm and focused and hence keep Figment the same way.
We love Deb and her Wholistic Riding program and I thank the Universe for bringing her into our lives!!
