What if bending a fork had very little to do with physical strength—and everything to do with changing the way you understand energy, intention and what may be possible?

Fork Bending Magic is a hands-on exploration of the fascinating space where ancient energy practices meet ideas inspired by quantum physics.

Quantum physics challenges the belief that the world around us is as solid, fixed and predictable as it appears. Energy work invites us to experience how attention, intention, resonance and belief may influence the way we interact with that world.

In this workshop, the fork becomes our laboratory.

Through a series of practical exercises, you will explore different ways of perceiving, connecting with and directing energy—and witness how your individual energetic abilities respond.

But this workshop isn’t really about forks.

The fork gives you something physical and visible to work with. It helps you recognize what happens when you shift from trying to force an outcome to connecting, allowing and working with energy differently.

From there, we explore how these same principles translate into energy healing modalities, intuitive work and other energetic practices.

You will begin to understand how you naturally perceive and direct energy, which approaches feel most natural to you, and how to trust what you experience without needing it to look like anyone else’s.

You will also learn the foundational process well enough to continue practicing and begin sharing these exercises with others.

No previous experience with energy work, quantum physics or fork bending is required.

You only need to be willing to experiment.

Participants will need 10 inexpensive, sturdy stainless-steel forks. The cost of forks is not included.
